  1. Commercial Terms for Employer Packages
    The terms of engagement for employers will be based on mutually agreed-upon commercial terms, including the number of positions to be filled and the extent of services to be provided. Pricing and terms for these services will be outlined in a separate commercial agreement between HiringProAI and the employer.

  2. Service Packages
    Employers can choose from the following paid packages:

    • AI Recruiting Package: Includes up to 8 meetings with our dedicated recruitment team, AI-based talent sourcing, job market analysis, and candidate shortlisting.

    • Team-Based Recruiting Package: Includes a team of recruiters dedicated to handling AI-powered job searches, placement, and employer consultations for a defined period, based on the number of job openings.

2. Meetings with Our Team

  1. Meeting Allocations
    For each employer service package, up to 8 meetings will be scheduled with our recruitment team for direct consultation, candidate review, strategy alignment, and updates on placement progress.

  2. Meeting Details
    Each meeting will last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and will focus on:

    • Reviewing the hiring strategy and position requirements.

    • Discussing AI-based recruitment strategies and sourcing methods.

    • Providing updates on candidates and job placements.

    • Addressing employer concerns and feedback.

  3. Meeting Scheduling and Cancellations
    Meetings must be scheduled in advance by the employer. If a meeting is missed or canceled by the employer without prior notice of at least 24 hours, it will count as one of the allocated meetings in the package. Additional meetings beyond the allocated number may incur extra charges, as detailed in the commercial terms.

3. No Guarantee of Placement

  1. AI-Driven Placement
    While HiringProAI uses advanced AI technology to source candidates and optimize placements, we do not guarantee that every job opening will be filled. The AI system improves the likelihood of finding suitable candidates, but placement is ultimately dependent on the availability of qualified candidates and employer preferences.

    The effectiveness of the recruitment process can be influenced by various external factors, including market conditions, job candidate availability, and employer-specific needs. HiringProAI cannot be held responsible for failures in job placement resulting from these factors.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

6. Limitation of Liability

    HiringProAI is not responsible for any employment decisions made by the employer or candidates. We do not guarantee any specific employment outcomes, such as hiring, job offers, or acceptances. The final hiring decision rests with the employer.

  2. Indemnification
    The employer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HiringProAI, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, damages, or claims arising from the recruitment process, including any claims made by candidates or third parties.

8. Termination and Suspension of Services
